




**HR/DP Analyst** **Requirements**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields; Experience in HR, with focus on recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration; Knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and compliance practices; Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, TOTVS, Senior) and ATS software. Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM + Availability for occasional Saturdays and holidays (only when required) Salary: R$3.300,00 + cash bonuses for achieving monthly goals and results Employment type: CLT Benefits: VT / On-site meals / Life insurance / Caju Benefits card **Responsibilities:** Process payroll and forward it to accounting; Recognize employees of the month; Identify improvements for employees; Propose ideas for company departments; Seek out professional training courses; Implement internal marketing initiatives (e.g., monthly birthdays); Process employment terminations; Issue transportation voucher (VT) forms; Manage electronic timekeeping; Conduct periodic leader evaluations; Identify training needs for leaders, department supervisors, managers, finance staff, and other managers based on training and development outcomes; Ensure employee performance evaluations and leader evaluations are conducted every three months; Conduct a comprehensive monthly review of the HR department, with results meeting held on the last business day of each month; Conduct employee engagement surveys every three months; Introduce employee benefits, whether with minor or significant impact; Monitor performance results of department heads; Require managers to implement actions for seasonal dates; Provide post-hiring follow-up and feedback; Calculate overtime hours; Distribute all monthly pay slips; Maintain daily employee records documenting positive or negative behaviors; Maintain organized and accurate individual employee files.
