Being a Tax Analyst at Rech means being responsible for the company’s tax entries and ensuring the organization’s legal compliance. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Record and verify incoming and outgoing fiscal invoices. * Assist in calculating taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS). * Organize and control fiscal documents, ensuring compliance with legislation. * Support preparation and submission of ancillary obligations (SPED, GIA, among others). * Identify inconsistencies in fiscal documents and support their correction. * Monitor updates to tax legislation and apply guidance in daily operations. * Provide support during tax audits and inspections. * Perform basic reconciliations and assist in tax closing. * Maintain updated records and controls in internal systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Require?** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of taxes and Federal and State tax legislation; * Intermediate experience in the tax area; * Familiarity with Protheus/TOTVS system is desirable. **Additional Information** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance; * Flexible benefits plan; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Totalpass; * Birthday leave; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave (Citizen Company Program); * Growth opportunity aligned with your delivery speed. **We are a nationally recognized company** in parts for heavy and agricultural machinery, with over 30 years of history.
