Job Summary: Supervise all store operations, ensure smooth functioning, provide customer service, organize and manage inventory, and lead the team. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise daily store operations and maintain a standard of excellence. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in store supervision or as a store manager; * Ability to lead a team, strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and effective communication. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise all store operations to ensure smooth functioning; deliver customer service while maintaining the brand's excellence standard; receive goods, arrange display windows, and monitor inventory in the system; conduct inventory audits and ensure appropriate product restocking; anticipate and resolve potential issues with the team; serve as the liaison between the team and management, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
