Teamwork with a focus on organization and attention to detail **Position:** Production Assistant (Stone Fabrication) **Idealize Marmoraria** is hiring professionals to join its team. **Summary of Responsibilities:** * Assist in transporting and moving components and materials within the production area. * Support bonding of components and application of resins, sealants, and treatment products. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, including waste collection and disposal. * Assist in loading and unloading materials, ensuring safe handling practices. * Follow and comply with instructions from supervisors or finishers, providing support during production stages. **Minimum Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; experience in stone fabrication or civil construction is a plus. **Job Competencies:** * Manual dexterity for tasks requiring precision. * Ability to follow instructions and learn new procedures. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Teamwork and good communication skills. * Attention to detail to prevent errors or defects in the process. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday (44 hours per week). **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * TotalPass; * MediQuo; * Free parking. **Salary:** * Market-competitive.
