We seek an "hands-on" **Assistant Store Manager** to lead this intensive, high-performance project. **Project Advantages:** * Fixed-term contract (**90 days**). * Dynamic multi-brand environment with high inventory turnover. * Full focus on achieving targets and retaining VIP customers. **Your Responsibilities:** * **Team Management:** Ensure team harmony and focus on collective and individual results. * **Right Hand to Store Management:** Support execution of the action plan to achieve seasonal targets. * **Operational Excellence:** Maintain pop-up infrastructure, administrative organization, and strict inventory control. * **Customer Relations:** Focus on building a customer base to sustain consistent sales flow. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as Assistant Store Manager or Responsible Salesperson (Fashion Retail). * Proactive, positive profile with strong problem-solving skills. * Completed High School education (Bachelor’s degree is a plus). **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive package: Base salary + Commission * Benefits: Transportation Allowance (VT) + Meal Allowance (VR) Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent, Temporary Contract Duration: 90 days Compensation: R$2.200,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
