Therefore, we are looking for a **TRAINING ASSISTANT** who brings creativity and innovation to design more effective, precise, and disruptive development solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Activities** * Support the organization and execution of in-person and online trainings, consulting sessions, mentoring, and events. * Schedule classes, meetings, and other program-related activities. * Monitor participants' journey, provide support, and ensure a positive experience. * Contact clients, participants, and facilitators for alignment, confirmations, and activity follow-up. * Support program communications via WhatsApp, e\-mail, and internal platforms. * Guide participants in using learning platforms. * Monitor program activities and support participants as needed. * Administer satisfaction surveys and track program metrics. * Support the organization of in-person events and provide operational assistance during activities. * Organize materials, documents, schedules, and administrative controls for programs. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pedagogy, Communications, Event Management, Business Processes, or related fields. * Experience in customer service, operational support, or organizing trainings and events. * Familiarity with administrative routines and process organization. * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms). * Knowledge of Active Learning Methodologies. * Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ease in interpersonal relationships. * Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment. * Empathy and focus on customer experience. * Interest in education and people development. **Additional Information** Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1895.00 per month Benefits: * Commercial partnership agreements and discounts; * Wellhub; * Happy Allowance; * Development programs. **Welcome to the career page of Gomes de Matos Consulting Group — an ecosystem of innovative companies that, for 30 years, has transformed challenges into strategic solutions and built impactful legacies for future generations.** Our group comprises: * **Gomes de Matos Consulting**: A leading business consulting firm in Brazil and Portugal, operating across 10 states.
