Job Summary: Quality Analyst responsible for requirement analysis, employee training, process standardization, and audit follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in supplier/customer requirement analysis and alignment 2. Responsible for training on tools, standards, and internal procedures 3. Indicator management and ISO audit follow-up QUALITY ANALYST \| FORTALEZA SALARY: R$3\.287,97 per month. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m., with a 1-hour break; Saturdays, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Analysis of supplier/customer requirements, as well as implementation of internal adjustments; Training employees on the use of internal analysis tools, continuous improvement programs, NBR standards, and environmental topics; Training employees on regulatory requirements, internal programs, and internal procedures; Analysis of process improvement needs; Standardization of successful activities and processes; Audits of internal programs, work standards, and customer guidelines; Opening NCs (Nonconformity Records and Preventive Actions), based on specific procedures; Monitoring performance of critical suppliers through evaluations conducted by respective departments; Participation in first-, second-, and third-party ISO/customer audits; Indicator management. EDUCATION: Completed undergraduate degree: Bachelor's or Technologist in Administration, Economics, or Production Engineering. KNOWLEDGE: Intermediate knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards; Intermediate knowledge of quality auditing; Intermediate knowledge of environmental auditing; Intermediate knowledge of MASP (Method of Analysis and Problem Solving); Intermediate knowledge of process mapping and redesign; Intermediate computer skills – Microsoft Office suite (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and internet; Intermediate knowledge of logistics; EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 6 months.
