Description
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Recording of fiscal invoices, calculation of taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS), and completion of ancillary obligations (SPED, DCTF);
* Classification, journal entries, and accounting/banking reconciliation;
* Organization and verification of fiscal and accounting documents;
* Generation of integrated and manual journal entries in ERP systems (Protheus/Fortes);
* Issuance of goods write-offs and transfers;
* Support in calculating and issuing IRPJ and CSLL, and issuing DARF forms;
* Adherence to internal policies and procedures;
* Participation in meetings and training sessions as requested by the company and department management;
* Performing other duties inherent to the role.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Pursuing a degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields is desirable.
* Basic Office Suite (Documents, Spreadsheets, Charts, and Functions)
* Accounting, Tax Legislation, Tax Calculation Regimes, Fiscal Recordkeeping, Direct and Indirect Taxes
