**Requirements** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Excel skills; * Experience with the Fortes system is a plus; * Knowledge of techniques and procedures used in Human Resource Management subsystems. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordination of operational job openings with HR consulting firms; * Candidate follow-up and submission of evaluation reports to the HR Analyst; * Support in the hiring process, verification and submission of documents to the Payroll Department; * Conducting onboarding for new employees; * Inventory control of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE); * Responsible for communication and dissemination of endomarketing initiatives; * Support for the department’s strategic development plan and training programs; * Employee support and service. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: BRL 13.16 per day; * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance (voluntary enrollment); * Life insurance; * Professional development opportunities.
