**Responsibilities:**
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Perform payroll control and verification
Manage electronic time tracking (hour tracking, absences, and tardiness)
Organize and maintain up-to-date employee documents
Support calculation of vacations, severance payments, and labor charges
Assist employees with inquiries related to HR matters
Ensure compliance with current labor legislation
**Requirements:**
Completed high school education (a bachelor's degree in Administration, HR, or related fields is desirable)
Prior experience in the Human Resources Department
Knowledge of labor legislation
Proficiency in the Office suite (especially Excel)
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
Experience with the Forts system
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Experience with payroll systems
Experience with eSocial and SEFIP
HR/HR Department-related training courses
