Directly impacts customer experience and business results We are seeking a candidate to serve as an **Operational Supervisor**, responsible for ensuring the efficiency of hotel operations and excellence in the customer experience. This role plays a central part in integrating operational departments (front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, cleaning, and maintenance), ensuring quality, organization, and compliance with business standards. Success in this position is directly linked to the ability to lead diverse teams, optimize processes, and make data- and indicator-driven decisions. **Keys to Success in This Role:** Adopt a systemic perspective, understanding how each department impacts the customer experience. Develop teams through proximity, clarity, and direction. Identify improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions. Maintain daily operational organization, control, and discipline. The person in this role directly impacts customer experience, operational efficiency, and business results. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and develop teams across Front Desk, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Cleaning, and especially **Maintenance**, promoting alignment and performance. Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring reviews and resolving requests. * Identify, propose, and implement improvements in processes, infrastructure, and equipment. * Participate in developing and applying operational policies and procedures. * Monitor third-party suppliers and services, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. * Ensure compliance with legal regulations and requirements set by regulatory authorities. * Analyze operational reports and key performance indicators, focusing on cost control and efficiency. **Qualifications** * Technical or undergraduate degree in fields such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Administration. * 3–5 years of experience managing operational teams. * Experience in environments such as hospitality, shopping malls, clinics, or similar operations. * Basic English proficiency. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and decision-making capability. * Proactive profile with a strong sense of responsibility and results orientation. **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive compensation; * Subsidized health insurance; * On-site meals; * Dynamic work environment and growth opportunities.
