Provide consultative support to leadership in people management **Job: HR Coordinator (PJ)** **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and structure HR department activities, including Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Management, and Organizational Climate; * Develop, review, and implement HR policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring alignment with company culture and strategic objectives; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and internal regulations; * Manage onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and employee benefits; * Provide consultative support to leadership in people management, conflict resolution, and decision-making; * Lead and monitor employee engagement programs, talent retention initiatives, and leadership development programs; * Prepare, analyze, and present HR indicators, reports, and metrics to support strategic management and executive leadership. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Solid experience in Human Resources, preferably in a coordination or leadership role; * Strong knowledge of labor legislation (CLT) and modern HR practices; * Leadership profile with excellent communication skills, ability to influence others, and team management capability; * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and results orientation. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Salary:** R$ 5\.000,00(PJ) Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Meal voucher Selection Questions: * What is your expected salary? * Do you have your own transportation?
