We are looking for an **Implementation Analyst**, a professional responsible for applying the **GASS Method in practice**, guiding restaurants and food service operations in organizing their routines, structuring management, and correctly utilizing the **GASS Platform**, ensuring consistent delivery of initial operational results. **Key Responsibilities** Lead structured, practical, and customized implementation of the GASS Method with clients; Guide use of the GASS Platform (financial, routines, results, and action plan modules); Monitor operational and management KPIs, suggesting corrective actions and continuous improvements; Support clients in organizing their teams, defining routines, and establishing management discipline; Ensure daily progress in method usage and adherence to GASS best practices; Encourage and monitor client participation in GASS’s continuous education pathways; Serve as the primary client point of contact throughout the entire implementation phase. **Requirements** Results-oriented profile with focus on continuous process improvement; Ability to lead operational change; Experience or exposure to management, operations, consulting, or process implementation; Organizational skills, analytical reasoning, and capacity for rapid learning; Strong communication skills, with a consultative and didactic approach; Proficiency with digital platforms, KPIs, and monitoring routines. **Preferred Qualifications** Education or experience in **Culinary Arts, Food Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields**; Experience in gastronomic operations management, production, or quality; Certification in the GASS Method and platform proficiency (we provide internal training and certification during onboarding). **What We Offer** Full access to the **GASS Method and Platform**; Structured training, internal certification, and ongoing support; Opportunity to work on projects with real impact on restaurant and food service operation results; Autonomy supported by clear processes and expert team assistance; Opportunity for growth within the **GASS network of specialists**, aligned with the company’s expansion.
