We are looking for a **B2B Field Services Operator** to execute "Service Orders" (SOs) in the field, including installation, repair, address change, and other services, in accordance with the company-defined operational procedures.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group;
* Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested;
* Use individual and collective safety equipment when required;
* Drive the company vehicle when necessary;
* Perform other related duties as needed by the department and as directed by leadership;
* Maintain the company vehicle in compliance with Fleet Department processes, ensuring its proper functioning;
* Implement workplace safety processes, such as Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA) and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), per current legislation;
* Execute field service orders (SOs), including installation, repair, address change, and other services, in accordance with the company-defined operational procedures; provide referrals for additional or new sales;
* Safeguard, maintain, properly use, and secure company-provided resources, and inspect the work area upon service completion to ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper disposal of used materials.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Geographic knowledge of the city;
* Driver's license class "B" and defensive driving certification;
* Understanding of telecommunications networks, including communication protocols, network topologies, routing, and switching;
* Familiarity with technologies such as optical fiber, radio systems, transmission equipment, etc.;
* Experience in configuration and maintenance of telecommunications equipment;
* Proficiency in using test and diagnostic equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, power meters, etc.
**Preferred qualifications:**
* 6 months of experience in the telecommunications field;
* Currently enrolled in a Technologist degree program in Computer Networks or related fields;
* Relevant certifications: CCNA, MTCNA and/or CFTV;
* In-depth understanding of telecommunications networks, including communication protocols, network topologies, routing, and switching;
* Familiarity with technologies such as 4G, 5G, etc.;
* Proficiency in network monitoring tools and network management software.
