Focus on doing the right thing, in the right way, until it is done right. **Artificial Intelligence Analyst** Ensure the implementation, operation, and evolution of generative AI solutions within the VIASOFT ecosystem, translating business needs into intelligent, efficient, and scalable workflows. Connect strategy, methodology, and execution so that AI amplifies productivity, quality, and customer experience across all supported areas. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Prompt Engineering, LLM Ops, and MLOps** Develop structured prompts with validations (JSON, fallback), conduct A/B testing, and manage versioning, costs, latency, telemetry, structured logs, and failure tracing in LLM environments. **Automation and System Integrations** Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n, code nodes, and webhooks; integrate with OpenAI/GPTMaker, Bitrix24, WhatsApp Business, and REST APIs to ensure solution efficiency and scalability. **Data, Databases, and Pipelines** Work on data modeling and MySQL/PostgreSQL databases; develop optimized queries, pipelines, triggers, normalizations, and advanced search mechanisms (fulltext, GIN/TSVector). **Information Security and LGPD Compliance** Ensure data protection through practices such as data minimization and masking, prevention of sensitive information (PII) leakage, and privilege-minimum access management. **Product, Requirements, and Documentation** Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions; produce clear and concise documentation; actively participate in reviews, continuous improvements, and product evolution. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience working with AI solutions, automations, or system integrations. * Knowledge of REST APIs and data manipulation in relational databases. * Familiarity with orchestration tools (e.g., n8n) and automated workflows. * Ability to analyze technical problems and propose simple, effective solutions. * Basic understanding of information security and privacy best practices.
