Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing maintenance, inspections, assembly, and technical delivery of agricultural equipment, as well as prospecting services and advising customers. Customer service and service prospecting **Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform maintenance and inspections on equipment (tractor, harvester, planter, sprayer, and other products in the portfolio); assemble new equipment; conduct pre-deliveries and technical deliveries of new equipment to customers; provide customers with usage guidance and instructions; visit customers to prospect equipment inspections; close service orders; inspect used machinery; prepare parts and service cost estimates; schedule services using the field checklist; close service orders directly with customers on-site; perform preventive inspections; prepare DTAC; unload new equipment arriving from the factory, as well as equipment transferred between stores; prospect services whenever opportunities arise; guide and instruct technical assistants daily; perform minor welding as required by repairs; complete internal workshop documentation (daily timekeeping records).
