We are hiring a Junior Marketplace Commerce Assistant to work directly in our online sales department (Mercado Livre, Amazon, and other marketplaces). **Your Responsibilities** * Provide customer service on marketplaces with assertive communication and active listening. * Create and review ads with flawless Portuguese. * Prepare and package orders carefully and efficiently, ensuring perfect deliveries. * Organize and dispatch orders via Correios, freight carriers, and agencies. * Monitor deliveries and promptly resolve unexpected issues, maintaining a high reputation.
