




Job Summary: We are looking for an organized and dedicated Financial and Administrative Assistant to support the financial and administrative operations of a construction materials store. As the Financial and Administrative Assistant, you will support the store’s financial and administrative activities, ensuring accuracy and proper control of financial information. Responsibilities: * Operate the store cash register. * Perform cash flow control and recording activities, including receipt and posting of payments. * Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely execution and accuracy of financial transactions. * Perform bank reconciliations and verify consistency of financial entries. * Monitor and control construction materials inventory, assisting in preparing replenishment orders. * Issue invoices and bills, and track supplier invoice issuance and payment. * Assist in preparing financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and performance analyses. * Support budget preparation and store expense control. * Serve customers and suppliers by providing financial information and resolving payment and billing issues. * Collaborate on monthly accounting closing and fulfillment of tax obligations. * Support store operations, including cleanliness and quality customer service. Requirements: * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate-level Excel skills required. * Prior experience in financial or administrative roles, preferably in retail or construction materials stores. * Knowledge of financial routines, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation. * Familiarity with financial management systems and electronic spreadsheets; experience with OMIE system is a plus. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. * Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills. * Knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation is considered a plus. * Availability to work flexible hours according to store demand. Location: Sousas – Avenida Antônio Carlos Couto de Barros, 2126 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
