Job Summary: An accounting firm is seeking a Mid-Level Accountant to assist clients, review accounting information, and perform accounting tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Working in an accounting office with a focus on client assistance. 2. Responsibility for journal entries, tax payments, and ancillary obligations. 3. Organization of accounting files and participation in meetings. The accounting firm seeks a Mid-Level Accountant in Jaguariúna. **Responsibilities:** Provide clients with assistance regarding accounting inquiries. Review accounting information provided by clients to ensure record consistency. Perform accounting tasks, including journal entries, tax payments, and disbursements as per supporting documents. Calculate direct taxes in accordance with current legislation. Submit monthly and annual ancillary obligations, such as DCTF, ECD, ECF, among others. Organize accounting files—both physical and digital—ensuring proper documentation order. Participate in internal and external meetings with clients and partners to align requirements. Previous experience as a Mid-Level Financial Analyst, Mid-Level Cost Analyst, Mid-Level Controller Analyst, or Mid-Level Reconciliation Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
