Job Summary: Responsible for food pre-preparation, organization, production, and dish assembly, as well as sanitation of the environment and food. Key Highlights: 1. Direct involvement in food production and dish assembly. 2. Responsibility for sanitation of the environment and food. SCHEDULE: Days: 08:00 to 16:20, 44 hours per week Responsibilities: The kitchen assistant is responsible for food pre-preparation, organization, and production across various kitchen sectors; works entirely under the supervision of the head chef and sous chef; handles dish preparation and assembly; and is also responsible for complete kitchen sanitation and finalization—including environmental sanitation (i.e., cleaning and disinfection) and food sanitation (i.e., storage and labeling of processed and handled products), equipment washing, etc. Benefits: * Food basket paid in cash amounting to BRL 180.00 * On-site meals * Health and dental insurance after probation period (optional, with payroll deduction) * Life insurance * TotalPass * Transportation allowance – Paid according to days worked Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: BRL 2,000.00 – BRL 2,500.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
