Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring, supporting, and managing customer and system information, including reverse logistics tracking, performance indicators, report analysis, and delivery performance. Experience in serving strategic accounts in freight transportation **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring, support, and management of Customer, Operating System, and Support System information; * Reverse logistics tracking; * Delivery status updates; * Indicator tracking; * Analysis of reports submitted by customers; * Analysis of open orders, providing support and feedback to delivery units; * Delivery performance analysis; * Customer return tracking; * Sending and analyzing proof-of-delivery documents for customers; * Receiving and analyzing feedback regarding redelivery and customer return handling. **Requirements for this position:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields); * Knowledge of less-than-truckload (LTL) freight transportation procedures; * Prior experience managing large-scale customer portfolios is desirable; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Experience in data, SLA, and KPI analysis; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Minimum 1 year of experience serving strategic accounts in the less-than-truckload (LTL) freight transportation industry. **Benefits:** * Alelo Flex meal/food card valued at BRL 29.80 per working day; * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Life insurance; * Food basket; * Totalpass; * Amil health plan (available after probationary period); * Dental plan (available after probationary period); * Salvia (telemedicine); * On-site breakfast. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Address:** R.
