Participates in IT projects and manages vendors We are seeking a professional to work as an **IT Analyst**, responsible for the company's information systems, ensuring security, operational continuity, innovation, and full functionality of the IT infrastructure. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Intermediate English (preferred); **Responsibilities:** * Administer and define system usage parameters, implementing and documenting procedures and projects; * Monitor service levels for operating systems, databases, and corporate networks; * Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, network, and applications); * Ensure execution and auditing of backup routines, safeguarding data integrity; * Identify opportunities and improvements in IT solutions aligned with business strategy; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and Quality Management System (QMS); * Manage contracts and IT service vendors (network links, licenses, telephony, etc.); * Participate in internal and external technology-related projects. **Technical Knowledge:** * Operating systems (servers and workstations); * Corporate networks and infrastructure (cabling, servers, network links, redundancy); * Information security (firewall, IDS, proxy, antivirus, access controls, permissions); * Backup and disaster recovery; * Messaging systems; * Digital telephony (service and provider management); * End-user support (Windows, Office suite, and corporate tools); * IT project and vendor management; * Market knowledge of hardware and software.
