It is Brazil’s first omnichannel digital neobank and has now evolved into an open platform—an ecosystem encompassing marketplace, communications, technology, and finance. **Responsibilities:** * Technical leadership and team orchestration; * Serve as Tech Lead for the squad, acting as the technical focal point and promoting alignment among Product, Engineering, and Architecture; * Orchestrate the team in making technical decisions, breaking down complex requirements into feasible and sustainable deliverables; * Anticipate and remove technical impediments, ensuring delivery fluidity and predictability; * Promote modern software engineering practices (clean code, TDD, continuous integration, observability); * Mentor developers and foster a culture of continuous learning, autonomy, and technical excellence; * Support the team in incident response, SLA definition, and continuous system improvement; * Design, develop, and evolve scalable, resilient, and secure backend solutions in Java; * Actively contribute to designing distributed architectures based on microservices; * Lead refactoring initiatives, code reviews, and evolution of critical components; * Collaborate with architects to define standards, practices, and long-term system vision. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Strong experience with Java (17\+) and the Spring ecosystem (Boot, Security, Data, etc.); * Deep expertise in microservices, RESTful APIs, and authentication via OAuth2/JWT; * Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis); * Hands-on experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) in distributed environments; * Proficiency in containerization (Docker), orchestration with Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines; * Prior experience as Tech Lead, Chapter Lead, or technical reference, guiding architectural decisions and technical squad management; * Ability to manage technical priorities, organize technical backlogs, and collaborate with PMs/POs; * Completed undergraduate degree in technology-related fields; * Technical English proficiency for reading and writing.
