The team emphasizes excellence in customer service, pursuit of new business opportunities, enhancement of local competitiveness, and support for operations and new product development. **What You Can Expect as a Senior Process Engineer:** * Execute and lead the definition of manufacturing processes for new and current products (brake and steering systems), mapping associated manufacturing costs and resources for pricing; * Participate in and lead launch processes with plants, ensuring adherence to project requirements defined per ZF methodology; * Control and manage plant investment resources through interaction with local and global teams; * Negotiate timelines among involved departments, develop and monitor schedules, and interact with suppliers to define, plan, and execute activities; * Assess the company’s production process and its capabilities, aiming for optimization and competitiveness. **Your Profile as a Senior Process Engineer:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Automation, or related fields); * Advanced or fluent English — communication skills considered essential; * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, manufacturing systems, simulation, and process mapping: APQP, PPAP, Flowcharts, PFMEA, and Statistics; * Desired experience in change management, continuous improvement, and cost reduction programs; * Willingness to work onsite in Limeira. **Why Choose ZF?** * Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Private Pension Plan, Childcare Allowance, Life Insurance, On-site Meal Benefit, Transportation or Parking, Wellhub (Gympass), Pharmacy Benefits, Profit Sharing Program (PPR), and Credit Cooperative.
