The ideal candidate is committed, organized, and demonstrates strong learning ability—even if still developing technically. **Responsibilities** * Conduct quality monitoring activities following established guidelines and checklists. * Support basic data analysis (simple spreadsheets, pre-built reports). * Consolidate performance reports using existing templates. * Provide standardized feedback aligned with internal methodology. * Assist in reviewing and updating SOPs per leadership instructions. * Participate in calibration sessions to align evaluation criteria. * Support training, refresher, and process reinforcement activities under direct supervision. * Suggest simple improvements based on operational routine. **Desired Technical Competencies** * Basic Excel knowledge (filters, simple tables, VLOOKUP optional). * Basic understanding of BPO, customer service, or operations. * Aptitude for learning CRM and monitoring tools. * Familiarity with reports and presentations is a plus (not required). **Behavioral Competencies** * Attention to detail. * Strong communication and collaborative attitude. * Ability to learn quickly and adapt. * Moderate proactivity and commitment to deadlines. * Organization and accountability.
