A professional with solid experience in corporate travel management systems, focused on Wooba, to support implementation, configuration, advanced technical support, and continuous enhancement of the technological tools that underpin the agency’s operations. At Costa Brava, you’ll find an environment that champions diversity, learning, and the continuous growth of all employees! **Responsibilities and Duties** Key responsibilities: * Administer, configure, and maintain the **Wooba** system (including implementation, travel policy parameterization, traveler profiles, approval workflows, and integrations) * Conduct onboarding for new corporate clients on Wooba, including process mapping and training * Serve as **Level 2 and Level 3 technical support** for operational teams and corporate clients on agency systems * Manage and configure GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo), NDCs, and portals integrated with Wooba * Manage, configure, and test credentials of partner suppliers within Wooba * Configure, parameterize, and support Online Booking Tools (OBTs) used by corporate clients, ensuring correct application of travel policies, approval rules, fare content, and integration with Wooba, GDS, NDCs, and other suppliers * Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement across the travel journey * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, flowcharts, and training materials * Liaise with Wooba vendors and developers to report bugs, request enhancements, and track roadmap items * Support the commercial team in technical presentations and RFP responses for new clients **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate travel agencies (TMCs) or travel management companies, including at least 2 years with direct hands-on operation of the Wooba system * Solid experience with GDS (Amadeus Selling Platform, Sabre, or Galileo) and with OBTs and travel management tools * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Experience with integration and automation using Artificial Intelligence **Additional Information** **What will you find here?** * Wellhub \- A physical and mental wellness solution for our employees; * Frutaria CB \- To facilitate healthy eating habits for our employees, we provide fresh fruit at our headquarters; * B\-day off \- A day off on your birthday (or another mutually agreed date) to celebrate with friends and family; * Commuting allowance for office visits; * An environment that values diversity, learning, and the continuous development of all employees.
