Your journey starts here! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare and update financial spreadsheets and reports using advanced Excel. * Conduct financial analyses to support decision-making. * Support the development of financial reports and dashboards in Power BI. * Use basic SQL for data extraction and manipulation. * Support process automation initiatives aimed at optimization and error reduction. * Prepare technical documentation with clear writing and effective communication. * Collaborate with the team to identify financial improvements and solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel; Behavioral Profile: * Data and process analysis skills. * Effective communication and strong writing skills for technical documentation. * Ability to work collaboratively, adaptability, and proactivity. * Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability. Desirable: * Basic knowledge of SQL; * Familiarity with agile methodology tools. **Additional Information** Hybrid work model: 3 days per week at our Valinhos office and 2 days remote.
