As a WWTP Operator, you play a vital role in ensuring the required effluent quality for safe return to the environment and full compliance with all legal requirements. In this role, it is essential to be analytical, dynamic, and attentive; to know and apply WWTP operational procedures; to interpret results and act promptly to correct deviations; to comply with SHE standards; and to meet environmental requirements. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities** Responsible for treating wastewater generated from manufacturing; Perform physicochemical analyses and monitor microbiological parameters at the plant; Meet final effluent quality standards and specifications (e.g., pH, solids, organic load, etc.); Ensure proper equipment operation by monitoring process parameters; Record results and key events in plant control and monitoring spreadsheets and tools; Carry out Continuous Improvement activities; Maintain workplace organization. **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** Technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields preferred; Advantage: Undergraduate studies in progress or completed; Familiarity with and practical application of key Continuous Improvement tools; Knowledge of laboratory analyses; Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; Critical analysis skills.
