Process Analyst

Job Summary: Professional to lead continuous improvements, technical projects, operational management, and strategic integration to optimize industrial processes. Key Highlights: 1. Performance indicator analysis and strategic support Continuous Improvement and Technical Projects \* Lead continuous improvement initiatives and strategic projects by applying tools such as PDCA, Lean, Kaizen, and 5S in collaboration with operational teams to optimize resources, reduce costs, and continuously enhance productivity. \* Lead complex industrial layout modification projects, new equipment implementation, and manufacturing capacity expansion, conducting technical studies, simulations, and payback analysis to support strategic investment decisions, as required. \* Prepare monthly project progress reports for improvement and layout changes, compiling outcome data, analyzing action impacts, and proposing adjustments. Operational Management and Standardization * Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions using process analysis methodologies and industry best practices to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, as required. \* Monitor execution of production procedures by observing operations and verifying adherence to standards to ensure operational consistency and effectiveness of improvements, daily. \* Monitor and analyze industrial performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, propose corrective action plans, and ensure process efficiency, monthly. Integration with Departments and Strategic Support * Participate in productivity and industrial alignment meetings, presenting strategic performance analyses and improvement recommendations to support managerial decisions and goal achievement, weekly. \* Provide technical guidance to production and maintenance departments regarding layout modifications, new equipment, and process adjustments to ensure correct implementation of improvements and operational uniformity, daily. \* Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and PD departments by exchanging information, validating process changes and new equipment, to ensure integration and sustainability of improvements, as required.
