Development and monitoring of training efficiency indicators Consulti Brasil is looking for a **Senior T&D Analyst** passionate about people development, content creation, and learning journey structuring. We seek an analytical, organized, and strategically minded professional who directly contributes to network training and continuous process improvement. **Responsibilities** * Development of the AGR Support Manual (formerly DocumentAR), including content updates, Consulti’s layout, and topic-based segmentation * Structuring of the training journey based on manual updates * Identification of main reasons for pending items and development of support materials, announcements, and short videos for Registration Agents * Development of support materials on the videoconference journey in Sigar * Review of materials related to certificate revocation and cancellation processes * Monitoring GMUD processes to identify changes and training needs * Structuring of training journeys based on PF and PJ document types * Familiarization with the Electronic AR journey * Development of the training journey for Consulti’s cloud-based certificate (Signus ID) * Creation and monitoring of training efficiency indicators **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in HR, Administration, or related fields * Experience in Training and Development * Experience in developing training materials and delivering training * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Analytical and organized profile **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in digital certification * Experience in training networks or external audiences * Experience in creating videos and instructional materials * Knowledge of training metrics **Job Information** * Location: Av.
