Ready for a career that delivers more? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Help the team define optimal cloud infrastructure solutions and provide support across the full service lifecycle: architecture, deployment, and operations. * Enhance environment resilience by ensuring improved performance, scalability, availability, quality, monitoring, alerting, etc. * Design, plan, and implement technology processes and/or solutions based on data, critical thinking, and attention to detail to enable effective prioritization and decision-making. * Develop applications, components, and APIs to support other teams or improve SRE team management. * Actively participate in crisis and incident resolution. * Evolve processes and practices to foster, promote, and advance the reliability mindset. * Identify needs and understand security requirements to continuously enhance the product. * Monitor, develop, and manage continuous delivery through the DevOps pipeline, fostering tool integration and machine provisioning. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Atlantis and Terraform are pluses). * Experience with microservices architecture. * Experience with CI/CD processes (Jenkins + Groovy is a plus). * Experience with infrastructure and networking. * Experience with container orchestration (ECS, Kubernetes, Docker). * Experience with Linux. * Experience with AWS (Route53, ECS, SQS, STS, API Gateway, Lambda, IAM, AWS cross-account/region, VPC, CloudFront, SSM, WAF, GuardDuty, and CloudWatch). * Experience with highly available and highly scalable production systems. * Experience with messaging architectures (Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ). **Additional Information** **To stand out in this role, it would be great if you also have:** * Knowledge of standard WAF (Well-Architected Framework) best practices. * Configuration management expertise (Salt and/or Ansible are pluses). * Proficiency in Python, Java, and Kotlin for code analysis and script development. * Programming language knowledge. * Observability knowledge and log reading/interpretation skills. * Familiarity with Splunk, New Relic, and Prometheus. * Knowledge of security layer implementation and data protection. * Agile methodology knowledge (e.g., XP, Scrum, Kanban). * Understanding of the four pillars of DevOps culture (Collaboration, Affinity, Tools, and Scaling).
