




Description: Essential Qualifications: * Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields; * Professional Registration (CREA); * Experience working in civil construction projects; * Proficiency in design and management software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, MS Project, Prevision); * Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); Advantages: * Certifications or additional courses related to the field; * Previous experience in high-standard civil construction projects. * Monitor routine management of scheduled activities; * Analyze preliminary designs of developments; * Review complementary projects (Structure, Installations, Water Heating) for higher-level approval; * Analyze complementary projects, technical specifications, and budgets; * Ensure service quality and compliance with technical standards; * Assist construction sites in releasing measurements; * Prepare and analyze performance reports of installation systems; * Attend to, guide, support, and resolve construction site inquiries regarding projects and installation systems, such as: electricity, telephony, data and voice, plumbing (hot and cold water), sanitation, fire prevention and firefighting, building automation and supervision; * Liaise with public authorities concerning project development, inspections, and assessments of installation systems, such as: Fire Department, Water and Sewage Companies, Energy Companies, General Concessionaires; * Guide the development of temporary site installations and provisional facilities projects; * Instruct subcontractors and in-house teams in assembling installation kits and subsystems; * Report directly to the immediate manager on matters related to the project, requesting actions to correct any deviations from agreed deadlines and planned budgets; 2510230202201765666
