Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs following manufacturer standards, ensuring quality and safety. Use specialized tools and systems such as ATC 2.0 and ODISS, and collaborate with consultants to prepare estimates. Tasks include wheel alignment, part replacement, recall campaigns, and maintaining an organized workplace in compliance with safety and sustainability standards. Emphasis is placed on customer satisfaction, efficient service delivery, and customer retention.
