We are seeking an **Allocation and Replenishment Assistant**, responsible for supporting allocation and replenishment processes across stores and sales channels, ensuring adherence to commercial guidelines, inventory optimization, and item availability aligned with forecasted demand. **Responsibilities and duties** * Update and maintain product allocation controls and spreadsheets; * Support merchandise distribution according to store- and channel-specific planning; * Perform entries in replenishment and ERP systems; * Identify and flag discrepancies or stockouts in replenishment; * Support the team with administrative tasks within the department; * Participate in inventories, stock reconciliations, and physical stock counts; * Assist in collecting and organizing data for reports and control dashboards; * Interact with distribution centers and stores to align deliveries. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; * Intermediate Excel skills; **Preferred qualifications:** * Familiarity with Linx System; * Experience in replenishment; **Additional information** On-site work; Flash Card; Telemedicine (Starbem); Health insurance (Amil); Dental coverage; Transportation allowance; Gym discounts; Brand product discounts; University tuition discounts; Made and passionate about people, we were founded in 2003 with the purpose of creating connections and impacting lives through fashion.
