Verify documents and system entries to ensure data submitted to eSocial is accurate. Generate reports forecasting vacations, attendance control, probationary periods, and periodic ASO (Occupational Health Certificates). Manage health plan enrollments and cancellations. Maintain updated digital employee folders, including contracts, warnings, receipts, and other relevant documents. Keep employees’ personal and contractual data up to date in the system. Reconcile calculated and paid tax amounts to ensure no inconsistencies or discrepancies exist. Respond to requests via email, WhatsApp, and phone.
