




Job Summary: Identify problems, propose solutions, manage the product backlog, and monitor product metrics. Key Highlights: 1. Identify problems and propose solutions for the online product 2. Work with agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) **Responsibilities:** * Identify problems and improvement opportunities within the product context; * Propose solutions, translating business needs into the online platform; * Provide Level 2 support, monitoring and managing error reports and service tickets; * Conduct product training for internal and external customers; * Manage, organize, and prioritize the product backlog; * Draft and detail requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; * Collaborate with the development team throughout the entire product lifecycle; * Maintain alignment and communication with stakeholders and other involved departments; * Monitor product metrics and KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvement. **Required Knowledge:** * Agile development methodology (SCRUM, Kanban); * Requirements elicitation techniques; * Knowledge of continuous integration practices; * Familiarity with logistics and/or risk management in cargo transportation is desirable.
