




Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling, organizing, and managing the warehouse, ensuring material flow, inventory accuracy, and team management. Key Highlights: 1. Team coordination and fulfillment of material requests **Responsibilities and Duties** **What challenges does this role entail:** Control goods inflow and outflow at the warehouse; Verify received goods against invoices and the company's internal system; Receive and inspect sacks and pallets according to the Work Instruction; Receive and inspect additives according to the Work Instruction; Ensure organization of the warehouse and sack storage area; Operate forklifts during receipt of packaging and pallets; Refuel diesel oil in front-end loaders, machinery, and generators; Receive diesel oil and gases in compliance with safety regulations; Conduct periodic inventories of sacks and stock materials to reconcile physical vs. accounting inventory; Fulfill material requisitions (deliver materials or forward to procurement department if required); Serve end users by providing materials, tools, and supplies as needed, while ensuring proper stock deduction in the system. Maintain inventory item control, monitor minimum stock levels established by the company, and submit replenishment requests. Record requisitions in the system; Ensure identification of received sacks and additives at headquarters and branches; Track the flow of additives and pallets used at headquarters and branches; Track the flow of oils and fuels at headquarters and branches. Manage the shift-based warehouse team, supported by leadership. Direct team tasks according to established goals and objectives. Ensure confirmation of invoices/stock balance entries for purchased materials.
