The role is designed to have a person fully focused on grain sourcing within their operational region. This includes developing purchasing strategies tailored to local needs and creating a daily map of risks and opportunities. They will report directly to the branch manager where they are assigned and interact daily with the trading desk regarding their coverage area. **Responsibilities and duties** Responsible for grain purchases in their operational region; Responsible for updating registration data of their client portfolio; Map the operational area; Prospect new clients; Identify business opportunities according to the characteristics of their region, offering whenever possible all group services; Monitor contract execution (invoice issuance, loading and unloading); Stay informed about market trends and industry news to make well-informed buying and selling decisions; Monitor grain purchase contracts, from product origin to destination; Provide support to the commodities desk; Support the inputs team in barter transactions involving inputs for grains; Strategic management of the region, including planting, productivity, harvest, logistics, and marketing activities of other competitors. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agronomy, Economics, or related fields Experience in grain purchasing Knowledge of financial mathematics and economic data Negotiation techniques New client prospecting Intermediate Excel skills **Additional information** Unimed Health Plan; Dental Plan; Life Insurance; Annual PLR (Profit Sharing).
