Responsibilities and Duties * + Perform operational tasks in the **truck unloading process**. + Operate the **tipper** to unload trucks loaded with **soybeans**. + Assist in routine **grain receiving**, ensuring safe and efficient workflow. + Support the **soybean drying process**, monitoring operational stages and conditions. + Perform **cleaning and organization of the area**, maintaining a suitable environment for continuous operations. + Strictly adhere to company standards for **safety, quality, and environmental protection**. + Provide support for other operational activities as required. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education. * Basic computer skills. * Organizational ability. * Good communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Proactivity. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Prior experience in this field is a plus.
