**Main Responsibilities:** **1\. Logistics Demand Requests:** \- Receive and analyze logistics demands from the logistics department, ensuring all operational needs are met efficiently and promptly. **2\. Operational Team Sizing:** \- Assess workload demands and determine the required size of the operational team for construction and service execution, ensuring sufficient resources are available to meet project requirements. **3\. Development of Execution Schedule:** \- Develop and maintain an updated execution schedule for construction and services, detailing activities, deadlines, and required resources for each project phase. **4\. Control of Rented Equipment:** \- Control rented equipment for construction sites, ensuring all necessary equipment is available when and where needed to avoid schedule delays. \- Monitor contract duration to ensure timely returns. **5\. Monitoring and Requesting Supplies:** \- Monitor material and supply inventory, identify restocking needs, and recommend required items to ensure continuous operational flow. **6\. Coordination with Supervisory Authorities:** \- Establish and maintain regular communication with supervisory and regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and regulations for construction and services. **7\. Monthly Measurement Process:** \- Conduct the monthly measurement process for construction works, tracking work progress, verifying compliance with project specifications, and preparing necessary documentation for measurements. **8\. Preparation of Measurement Spreadsheet:** \- Prepare and compile the measurement spreadsheet based on field-collected data, detailing completed services, quantities executed, and any necessary adjustments, for subsequent evaluation and validation by management. **9\. Analysis and Coordination of Logistics Demands:** \- Receive and process logistics demand requests required to supply contracts at the optimal time, ensuring all operational needs are efficiently and promptly fulfilled by the logistics department. **Requirements:** \- Technical qualification in Building Construction \- Knowledge of schedule development, supply control, and team management. \- Communication skills and ability to work in a team. \- Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems efficiently. \- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite. \- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
