An energy and motion solutions company is looking for a Support Analyst in Porto Alegre (Sarandi). Motor Mac is a company specializing in motor and equipment solutions, offering maintenance services and spare parts sales for various types of motors. **Responsibilities:** Provide ERP user support with clarity, security, and promptness. Ensure the integrity of ERP access passwords. Manage ERP users, access levels, and user profiles. Monitor, review, test, and implement ERP version updates. Contribute suggestions for improving company processes.
