Job Summary: A professional responsible for the installation, maintenance, and internet support for shopping mall store tenants, with a focus on network configuration and customer service. Focus on Wi-Fi network configuration and structured cabling **What will your daily responsibilities be?** You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and providing internet-related technical support to shopping mall store tenants. **Technical Requirements:** * Configuration and installation of routers, modems, switches, and ONUs at client sites; * Knowledge of structured cabling and optical fiber; * Wi-Fi network configuration; * Customer support. **Work Location and Schedule:** Rotating 6x1 schedule (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM) in the Areal neighborhood of Pelotas \- RS **What benefits do our employees receive?** * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher; * Monthly performance bonus based on monthly targets, up to R$200.00; * Dental plan (no payroll deduction); * Health insurance with co-payment; * Life insurance; * Career development plan.
