Responsibilities include providing technical support to users, performing basic computer maintenance, supporting network management and operations, installing and configuring operating systems, and monitoring and supporting CCTV systems. Candidates must possess knowledge of networks, basic computer maintenance, operating systems, and CCTV system operations.
