Job Summary: Conduct instructional activities focused on professional training in residential and commercial electrical systems, advising clients and performing hands-on tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Experience Experience in residential and commercial electrical systems Preferred Qualifications: Courses in civil construction and teaching experience Knowledge Residential and commercial electrical systems Responsibilities Attend to and advise internal and external clients and suppliers. Conduct instructional activities for professional training in Free-Entry Courses, aligned with institutionally defined curricula and applicable legal frameworks for professional education. Organize pedagogical aspects of training initiatives, including participation in tasks such as structuring activity plans, preparing support materials, and supervising practical learning activities in external environments (e.g., companies). Maintain control and records regarding students’ progress and performance, in accordance with current regulations and legislation. Prepare individual and group reports, correspondence, texts, and documents related to the role. Participate in identifying and recommending operational materials, tools, equipment, and learning environments used in professional training activities, per technical and pedagogical standards set by the organization. Guide and perform hands-on tasks related to installation and maintenance of machinery, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure, integrated with the institution’s defined training objectives and in compliance with current operational procedures and technical standards. Provide technical operational services in response to requirements. Participate, as a team member, in the formulation, development, implementation, and evaluation of plans and projects within the area of expertise and/or integrated initiatives. Participate in the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of planning and budgeting processes, as well as analysis of variables, scenarios, trends, and outcomes. Identify problems and propose improvement solutions. Manage inventory of materials within the area of responsibility. Lead work processes within the area of expertise and/or integrated initiatives.
