




The Relationship Analyst will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with customers/partners, ensuring a positive experience aligned with the company's values. They will act as the main point of contact, identifying improvement opportunities, resolving requests, and developing strategies for retention and loyalty. ### **Essential Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Previous experience in customer service, customer success, or related areas. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Skills in negotiation and problem solving. Knowledge of CRM tools and Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Analytical profile and results-oriented. More than 24 months of experience in the role; Familiarity with HP calculator; ### **Desirable Requirements** Experience in Customer Success or B2B After-sales. Knowledge of CX (Customer Experience) methodologies.
