**Job Mission** Work in the agricultural sector, identifying opportunities, coordinating, and ensuring the proper execution of research and development projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with other company departments to identify opportunities and prioritize R&D work. * Support other company departments in decision-making through technical analysis of internal company data and information. * Plan the budgetary and physical execution of projects. * Organize projects, ensure their proper execution and data analysis. \- Coordinate the agricultural R&D team, organize the department’s routine activities, select interns, and train the team. \- Draft and review the company’s research project reports and transfer technology and information to relevant departments. * Develop partnerships with universities and companies of interest to Master for joint projects evaluating technologies. * Maintain company facilities, equipment, and materials, assuming responsibility for their preservation and maintenance. * Act in accordance with organizational values, observing the organization’s mission, vision, values, and purpose.
