This professional will be responsible for analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving incidents; providing Level 2/3 technical support; monitoring integrations; and implementing new companies. We seek an analytical, proactive individual with strong communication skills and a problem-solving focus. Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical and functional support for corporate systems; * Analyze, diagnose, and resolve low-to-medium complexity incidents and problems; * Perform testing and corrections on APIs and integrations; * Monitor systems and ensure availability and performance; * Support implementations, updates, and systemic improvements; * Prepare technical and functional documentation as required; * Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams; * Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities in support operations. Requirements: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Prior experience as a Systems Analyst or Support Analyst; * Database knowledge (SQL – queries, analysis); * Experience with APIs and system integrations; * Knowledge of log analysis and error identification; * Experience with tools (e.g., Topdesk) or incident management systems; * Strong analytical ability and structured problem-solving skills.
