**Responsibilities and Duties**
Support the management of civil cases, especially monitoring actions, enforcement proceedings, and extrajudicial procedures related to debt collection and financial credit recovery for the Institution’s monthly fees;
Draft procedural documents and legal instruments under team guidance;
Conduct research on legislation, legal doctrine, and case law to support legal activities;
Assist in analyzing facts, reports, and documents;
Support preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and information for legal proceedings and administrative tasks;
Provide support in attending internal and external clients, always accompanied by the responsible team;
Collaborate on studies and assessments regarding legal topics of interest to the Institution;
Perform other supporting activities related to daily legal operations, focusing on practical learning.
**Requirements**
Currently enrolled in a Law undergraduate program;
Prior experience with electronic filing systems (eProc, Projudi, STJ, etc.);
Experience with procedural impetus, deadline management, appeals, reading and interpreting court notices, judicial calculations, issuance of payment slips, and intermediate filings;
Strong writing skills and ability to synthesize information;
Proficiency in jurisprudential research and data analysis;
Logical reasoning, organization, and dynamism;
Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour and 30-minute break.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT
Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$2\.700,00 per month
