Time and Motion Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in the apparel/footwear industry, knowledge of production processes and Lean tools. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative work environment Prior experience in the apparel or footwear industry is mandatory. Basic knowledge of time and motion analysis (times and methods). Intermediate Excel skills (tables, formulas, charts). Understanding of productivity, efficiency, and waste. Ability to read and interpret production processes. Previous experience on the shop floor or academic projects in this field. Basic knowledge of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, etc.). Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or layout software (desirable). Technical education (completed or in progress) in Production or related fields, or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Management Processes, or similar.
