Job Summary: Technical Sales Representative responsible for maintaining and retaining customers, conducting active prospecting, preparing detailed commercial proposals for metallurgical services, and overseeing the entire sales cycle. Technical knowledge in cutting, bending, machining, and boiler-making **TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE /** **Job Description:** Maintain and retain the customer portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and trust. Conduct active prospecting of new customers using tools such as e\-mail and WhatsApp. Prepare detailed commercial proposals covering cutting, bending, and machining services, as well as commercial proposals for industrial assembly, maintenance, and project manufacturing, including industrial boiler-making. Oversee the sales cycle from prospecting through to post\-sales. Prepare manual sketch drawings when required. Submit quotations, negotiate delivery timelines and payment terms. Collaborate closely with the production floor, understanding manufacturing processes. **Requirements:** Mechanical technician or related field. A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related disciplines is a plus. Solid experience in technical sales within the metallurgical sector. Technical knowledge in cutting and bending, thermal cutting, industrial boiler-making, and machining. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Familiarity with metallurgical manufacturing processes and modeling software. Knowledge of B2B negotiations.
